MEMBERSHIP

• Full Year:     January 1st  - December 31st:     Junior (1991 - 1992):                             $500 + $115 (OTFA
• Full Year:     January 1st - December 31st:      Senior: (1990 & earlier):                        $500 + $115 (OTFA)
• Full Year:     January 1st -  December 31st:     Youth (1993 - 1994):                             $375 + $90 (OTFA)
• Full Year:     January 1st  - December 31st:     Midget (1995 - 1996:                            $375 + $85 (OTFA)
• Full Year:     January 1st  - December 31st:     Bantam (1997 or later):                         $325 + $50 (OTFA)

Full year memberships must be paid in full by January 30th.  

• High School Season:                                        January 1st - June 15th        $250 + (OTFA)
• Summer Season and University athletes:      May 1 - August 31st:           $250 + (OTFA)

Summer Season memberships must be paid in full by June 30th.

Please note that the Summer Season membership is for first-time members and returning university scholarship athletes.

Please note athletes traveling to out-of-town competitions will be charged a $50 competition travel fee.

• Post dated cheques are accepted for full year memberships ONLY.
• Cheque, cash, bank drafts and money orders are accepted.
• Please make cheques, money orders and bank drafts payable to "Phoenix Athletics Association of Ontario".
• A completed membership registration form MUST accompany your payment.

• Membership to the Athletics Ontario (AO).
• Experienced and accredited Provincial, National and International Coaching.
• Access to indoor and outdoor training facilities and equipment.
• Event entry fees to scheduled competitions.
• Transportation and accommodation to and at scheduled out-of-town competitions.
• Opportunity to build long term friendships.
• Access to university athletic programs in the United States (NCAA).

• Athletes must be a paid up members of the club before being entered into any competition.
• All athletes are expected to assist with all fundraising events.
• All athletes are expected to compete when entered in a competition.
• Scratched entries must be paid by the athlete, unless a note from a medical practitioner is provided.
• Athletes are expected to travel and stay with the club at all out-of-town competitions.
• Payment of the competition travel fee must be made at the time of departure to any out-of-town competition.
